  • How does the Priority Rewardssm Program work?

    Earn CashPointssm for everyday purchases on your Priority Rewards Credit Card. Once you accumulate enough CashPoints, you can redeem your CashPoints for your choice of reward (cash back, gift cards from local and national merchants, and travel rewards). Use your Priority Rewards Credit Card for all of your purchases and watch your CashPoints add up! 

  • How does my Priority Rewards Credit Card earn CashPoints?

    Every time you use your Priority Rewards Credit Card, you'll receive one (1) CashPoint for every $1.00 in net purchases (purchases less returns) you make. Cash advances, fees and balance transfers do not earn CashPoints. 

  • How do I redeem my CashPoints?

  • Can I make redemptions on my smartphone or tablet?

    Yes! The new Priority Rewards site is designed to accommodate the smaller screen sizes of mobile phones and tablets. Data charges from your carrier may apply if you are using the site while connected to a mobile network. 

  • How do I register? Can I register over the phone?

    You cannot register over the phone. In order to see your points and redeem online, you must register your account on

  • Do my CashPoints expire?

    Each time you earn or redeem CashPoints the expiration date of your points is extended by 24 months. 

  • Will I see my CashPoints earned on my credit card statement?

    Unfortunately, we are not able to provide the CashPoints earned or accumulated on your credit card statement. However, you can login into your rewards account at and view up-to- date CashPoint earnings and totals. 

  • Will I get a monthly rewards statement?

    You will be emailed a monthly points balance if you have registered at Also, you can login at and see your CashPoints earnings, redemptions, and current balance.

  • What is the return policy?

    All redemptions are non-refundable. 

  • Is there a maximum amount of CashPoints I can earn per year?

    As long as your account is active there is no limit to the number of CashPoints you can earn per year.

  • Who can I call if I have questions about my CashPoints balance?

    For any questions about your Priority Rewards CashPoints balance please call: 800-868-2856. 

  • Can I transfer/gift CashPoints to another account?

    Yes. Points can be transferred to another Priority Rewards account in good standing. This can be done online at or by calling 1-800-868-2856. Transferred CashPoints are set to the expiration date of the destination account. Also, they do not count as activity for the source or destination accounts. Transferred points will appear immediately after the transaction is completed. 

  • I'm a joint cardholder on the credit card account. Can I also redeem CashPoints?

    Yes, either the primary or joint cardholder may redeem their combined CashPoints. 

  • Why can't I redeem my CashPoints?

    Credit card accounts must open and in good standing to redeem or transfer points. 

  • How do airline redemptions for the Priority Rewards Program work?

    Log in to your account on, click Online Travel on the left, then search and select your flight and proceed to checkout. You can also redeem your CashPoints for air travel by calling our Priority Rewards Redemption Center at 1-800-868-2856. There are no blackout periods but tickets are limited to availability - as long as a seat is available, you may redeem CashPoints for a ticket. 

  • Can I receive airline frequent flyer miles for airline tickets using Priority Rewards CashPoints?

    Yes. To receive airline miles for flying, you should provide your airline frequent flyer number when you redeem your CashPoints. You must work directly with the airline in question if you forget to provide your frequent flyer number or in cases of any discrepancies. 

  • Can I keep my CashPoints if I close my account?

    No, you will lose any remaining CashPoints when you close your account. You must use your CashPoints before you close your account or you may also gift/transfer your CashPoints to another Priority Rewards member before closing your account.
